Hello Everyone!
Scrum here, Scrum there, Scrum is everywhere :). It is so popular at the moment that soon even a child will be familiar with its basic definitions. But unfortunately, most of companies that are using this Agile methodology, don't even know the truth about its real goal. I am thinking about the true team autonomy and agility.
There is a company were employees can do literally everything. If you are a gamer, you already know its name. Valve. Yes - I am not joking :). Ask yourself if you are ready for similar challenge and autonomy. Not all of us can work in such a way. Some of us need to have someone above them, someone who is telling them what to do and when. It is a real life situation when your productivity can be literally killed by someone with low or limited soft skills.
I wonder when companies in Poland will be ready for working in this manner.
